“Arab American Stories” ASACA Sponsored TV Series
ASACA spearheaded the sponsorship of “Arab American Stories”, a 13-episodes TV series hosted by National Public Radio reporter Neda Ulaby and directed by Alicia Sams. Each half hour features three short, character-driven documentaries which profile Arab Americans of all walks of life making an impact in their community, their profession, their family or the world at large. They are the stories of artists, scientists, musicians, chefs, actors, businessman, policeman, inventors, and teachers.
“Arab American Stories” aired April 2, 2012 on Detroit Public Television, followed by national broadcast in July. To watch the series visit their website
